Mary Shain, Speech- Language Pathologist
Hello, my name is Mary Shain. I am the Speech-Language Pathologist at Thetford Elementary School. 2022 marks my thirtieth year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. I earned my Master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Vermont, and I maintain knowledge of current best practices through continuing education. I have worked in both public schools and residential facilities serving students with a wide range of needs. I am grateful for the children I have had the opportunity to work with over the years. They are an incredible source of inspiration and motivation. Personally, I enjoy hiking year-round and can be found in my kayak as soon as there is open water. I am also always eager to try a new recipe.
